On a personal note, all ideologies aside, my heart goes out to all who are affected by the news of war, who are in fear for the safety of their friends and family, and their future safety in our mess of a world.
Please take care of yourselves, and please only take in the media that you feel available for.

Energetically, this week is a big one.
Not only do we have a new moon eclipse in Libra (more on that to come), but we also have the much anticipated, “unlucky,” Friday the 13th.
In my point of view, Friday the 13th is not unlucky at all. It’s a day of mystery and magic, and one I always look forward to.
All days of the week are named after planets, and Friday is Venus’ day. The word Friday relates to the goddess Freya, the Venusian equivalent in Norse mythology.
13 is the number of lunar cycles in a year and thus the number associated with women’s fertility and menstruation.
It’s endlessly infuriating that all things once associated with the feminine divine were rebranded as of the devil.
Because this Friday the 13th coincides with an eclipse, I don’t recommend practicing any witchcraft or intention setting on the day.
Instead, you might see if you can spend some time connecting with your body, your sensuality, and your current season of life.
What intuitive whispers are moving through you?
What sources of supportive inspiration and heart soothing can you gather into your life?
Anytime I speak on intuition, I always get asked some version of the question, how do I tell my intuition apart from my fear?
Some people tell me they flat out reject all things mystical because they’re not “superstitious.”
Superstition is a funny thing.
Superstitions are convoluted attempts at psychic protection. Protection from the unknown.
While there are times that our fear is our compass to safety, our fear also twists us up in knots that inhibit the true flow of intuition.
Whether we're new or practiced at listening to our inner intuitive voice, we still have to actively untangle our fear from our intuition.
In my experience, what I’ve found is that superstition, guided by fear, is very rigid.
It locks you into a hypnotic loop of the same story over and over. The past repeating itself in the future. It feels like being tied down.
Intuition, on the other hand, most often feels grounding, yet expansive.
It feels like a knock on the door. A very loud knock in certain situations, but not like being locked in.
